If we've named your brand or product, you have the right to respond — before and after we publish. This is part of our testing protocol and our independence rules.

Before we publish
We send every named brand its results, our method and the exact wording we plan to use.

10 working days
Brands have 10 working days to respond (5 for re-tests), extendable once on request for good reason.

We fix facts
If you show us a factual error, we correct it before publication and say so in the report.

Your response appears in full, or as a fair summary with a link to the full text.
