Terms of use

These terms cover your use of PlasticFreeHome, your account and PFH Plus membership. By using the site you agree to them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.

PlasticFreeHome is a trading name of Anwar Enterprises Ltd (company number 13949086), registered office Shirley Social Club, Marshall Lake Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4RB. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Anwar Enterprises Ltd.

Using the site

  • Our content is for general information. It is not medical, legal or professional advice.
  • Scores, dials and test results reflect the evidence and products at the date shown. Products change; always check the label.
  • You may share links and short quotes with credit. Do not copy whole pages, scores or datasets without written permission.

Your account

  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be 16 or over to create an account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

PFH Plus membership

  • PFH Plus is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • 14-day money-back promise: if you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing, contact us and we will refund you in full.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, by email, before it applies to you.
  • We may suspend accounts that misuse member features, such as scraping data or sharing logins.

Brands and PFH Checked

PFH Checked applications are covered by separate testing terms, which brands sign before testing starts.

Our liability

We take care to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee every page is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the date at the top and email members about material changes.
